In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ From here on it will be referred to as ‘Murph’ in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

Happy Birthday

I want to wish Martha and Nick  a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Martha is one of our trainers that has been with PlusOne since the day we started, she is a dedicated trainer and always making us laugh. I want to thank her for helping us in getting PlusOne started and being a great friend. Nick has been a member with us for 3 months now and has come a long way. He has become one hell of an athlete and not to mention a friend.  Keep up the good work.
