In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it ‘Body Armor.’ From here on it will be referred to as ‘Murph’ in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.

    Good luck guys Hiram put up a good time then Martha came and beat his time by 6 seconds. Morning classes were fun. I did it in 51.49. Let’s get ir done.

    F-in awesome work today from everybody… couldn’t get enough of watching everyone’s effort and determination so I had to stay longer than normal… gotta admit I doubted many would finish but hell of a job in proving me wrong!
